Missing deposit made from FNB ATM

I had such a bad experience with the FNB in new Germany, and Pinetown branch on Crompton. I deposited and misplaced my slips from the ATM, it was direct deposits of R2000 and R8000 made out to Evenett properties. Dates are between 3 &9 November. The landlord did not reflect these on the statement. I then went to the bank but I was sent away, and advised that it will be sent to me, but I was told that they cant find it. I cant just lose R10 000.

Reference used was Shop 2C, 79 crompton street.
