Missing deposit

This has got to be the most bizarre thing ever. On the 17th June my husband paid me R1k from his FNB account into my FNB account. Immediately I received a notification on my app notifying me of a deposit into my account (which I still have the message). 5 days later the money is still not in my account. I’m told that they can’t see any transaction. My husband even shared a proof of payment and I’m told the deposit has disappeared
