Missing deposit

To put it mildly, I am extremely disappointed in the awfully poor service I receive from FNB. On 19 December 2017, I made an EFT of R2000 to my husband's Nedbank cheque account. The money mistakenly went to a paid-up and dormant personal loan account. According to Nedbank, the money went back to FNB. On 8 January 2018, I reported the missing deposit to Me Refiloe Maboi. 7 working days later, I have not received any feedback from her yet. On 17 January 2018, I contacted FNB again and spoke with 3 different persons, among others, Thandi and Luke. Me Maboi refuses to answer my calls. After hours on the line with FNB, listening to music, I was informed that no case has been reported/lodged as yet and that it AGAIN must be reported. Today, January 25, 2018, still no word or news about the missing R2000. My family and I had to make ends meet during the Festive season and also through the financially difficult month of January, without this much-needed funds. This is absolutely inhumane.

Thank you. Mr Muhammed Sayed of FNB came back to me and told me that they couldn't trace the deposit. He requested Nedbank to trace to which account the deposit has been returned. We went back to Nedbank on 31 January and we are STILL WAITING after more than two weeks. Are these people to lazy to follow up on my much needed R2000 that went missing between FNB and Nedbank on 19 December 2017. I need my money WITH 2 MONTHS' INTEREST urgently!
