Missing Business account

<p>I was told to send fica and Cipro documents for my business account. Fica was fine but I had to wait for my accountant to get the Cipro sorted out and I told them so. Last week my business account was frozen without any notice. I finally received the Cipro document and submitted it on 28 Feb and request that my account be re-instated. No one from RMBPWRemediation at rmbprivatebank or my non existant private banker Eugene Landsberg bothered to to acknowledge receipt of the documents or give me any feedback whatsoever despite of my several emails to them. As a result I missed all my monthly payments and my business account dissappeared off my profile.</p> <p>This POOR PATHETIC SERVICE and I now know I cannot rely on this bank when I need them!</p>
