Missed call and message from 'closed' call center.
I have recently had issues with FNB Home Loans. I got a call from a very rude man to tell me that my account was in arrears and that I had four months to catch up.

Over the last 2 months I have paid the agreed amount, the last payment being on the 24th August.

Today (a Saturday) I get a missed call from *** and a voice mail to say that I must contact FNB home loans on ***. No contact name was given etc. The voicemail was tagged as urgent.

I tried to call the number (cost me airtime) only to get an automated answering service saying that the call center was closed on Saturdays and public holidays. So who called me then and why was I asked to return the call?

I have been a lifelong member of FNB (originally Barclays) and I am fed up with their service particularly the home loans. When I app**** for the home loan initially I was turned down but when it went through a bond initiator it was approved for the same amount.

I am really thinking of taking my business elsewhere.
