Missed allocations on my credit profile

A few years ago I had fallen into arrears with my FNB personal loan. For the past year I have been sticking to arrangements made through Barret and Associates, who has assured me - and has provided me with a statement to show my monthly payments, however FNB is still noting on my credit profile that I am missing monthly payments, when I have infact made payments. My credit profile is now being tarnished with this. Thank you for making trouble in my life FNB
