Miss Understanding Gone Wrong

I am giving FNB forensics a very poor rating because they do not honour their word. A month ago, I sent "Hello Peter" a blog about how a forensics officer without proof decided to block my account, not inform me that she will be doing this and all started on the 5th July 2023. I was compliant with all her requests to prove that my account was not a victim of *****ulent activities until the blog poor or no communication from left me with no choice but to send a write up to Hello Peter for assistance. After the blog, I got one email when she claims that she needed to verify my other account to transfer my savings from FNB to another bank. This all said and done by the 26th October 2023. How long does it take for two banks Forensics departments to verify one persons account surely not a month or two, and ironically I communicated to her in writing where I got a confirmation letter of my new account from another bank with its letterhead. Today is the 30th of November 2023, is this reasonable for me to wait more than two months for my savings from FNB. I would maybe understand if it was millions or hundreds of thousands but it's less than 5000 rand being held hostage by a forensics officer. As the President of South Africa once said name and shame. The forensics officer is Lethubuhle Hlongwane. The reference to my case is ***. I am flabbergasted at the logic where this officer has no leg to stand on, feeling she has done FNB Forensics proud and saved South Africa from another scandal. What a twisted idea that pennies can keep the a monstrous FNB afloat. All I asked was to transfer my savings from my FNB blocked account to another bank as I did do what she asked, what is this behaviour called of her? It's not negligence nor is it a sense of urgency, I think it is one of control and power to demean another person who is not part of the working citizenship of South Africa. Yes, working class gets respect, the unemployed gets so much disrespect it's so sad a state we have to live in.
