Miss treated by FNB

We were served with a judgement in 2017 and the property was auction at a price less than the debt, we finally settled the remaining debt however nothing is said regarding rescinding the judgement also wouldn't have found out the process if ppl looking for customers didn't call advertising their services. FNB did me wrong over and over again.
