Miss

Since from May 2022 my FNB account was put on hold without knowing the problem. I received sms saying I should call ***** department and I did call for many times without getting help. I even visited branch 3 times telling the same thing. I don't know why my FNB account was put on hold for so long since May until today I have not get help from FNB. I am looking for help how to resolve this problem.
