Misrepresentation on Life cover and Lying to a client intentionally

This is my second complaint regarding FNB life within 1 month, they have completely **** to me on record and misrepresented the information send to me. They lapsed my life cover and then acknowledged it was an error on their side due to misinformation given and I was promised that my cover will be activated without the status of reinstatment, a day later I received a letter clearly stating reinstatement of cover. When they called me I highlighted this and I was informed a new letter confirming their error and not reinstatement will be send shortly. Two days later still nothing and my complaint has been ignored. How can I trust that my beneficiaries will be paid should anything happen to me if this is how and insurer behaves with policy owner? complete disregard of my rights and lying just to keep taking your money?
