MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICES

There is no private banking service offered by RMB. Complete misrepresentation of services by the Bank. The so called Private Bankers don't have access to anything and they don't help with anything either due to lack of knowledge or disregard for customer service. It's a complete misrepresentation of so called Private Banking.
