Misrepresentation

I switched to FNB thinking that I was going to save on bank charges as they always promote themselves. The first three months I was quite happy though puzzled why the consultant opened a Easy Smart Account instead of the normal Easy account. Now I get charged R62 of the monthly account fee which is supposed to have its so called benefits on top of that I was charged R92 service fees all I want is to know where this R92 comes from because I didn't even use my card that much but got charged double than what I was charged last month. I'm not going to allow FNB to charge me without stating where the charges accumulated from
