Misled and charged

I was called and accepted an opportunity to change my account from cheque to fusion. All was explained to me about the account and I was told the card would be couriered to me. No cost of it mentioned. Card was couriered and a few weeks later my account gets debited R110 as a courier fee. I called and inquired and was advised someone would call me i 2-3 working days. That has not happened. If the person who spoke to me mentioned the courier fee, I was going to elect to fetch the car at branch (5 mins from where I stay). This was misleading and I require for the fee to be reversed but this is difficult if FNB does not take client queries seriously yet demands us to rate their services highly via SMS.
