Misleading with time frame

On the Google site it says bank closes at 5pm. Arriving at the new park branch in Kimberley to draw money they said the teller is closed. They called the manager after I showed the Google advert to her. They just ignore me without any thing to say. Please dont go to fnb. I think it's time to close my account. They have no clients service.
