Misleading services

I am disappointed with a service I recently got from FNB. I recently flew from OR Tambo and used the International Lounge facility that FNB offers. On my ebucks profile, it stipulates '8 Slow Lounge' visits available.

However, I see a charge of R400. I enquired with one of the FNB consultants and was told that I will only receive free access to the domestic lounge.

I feel that it is your responsibility to indicate to the client what type of lounge facility the client has qualified for instead of misleading people. Thanks.
