Misleading Reward Level criteria for e-Bucks

FNB e-Bucks advertises and promotes moving up a reward level as follows: "Do you grow the balance across your FNB Savings and Investment Accounts by at least R1 000 per month?"

I have a savings pocket account which is interest-bearing and I grew it by R1,000 expecting to qualify for the points. To my dismay, no points were awarded and I was informed by e-Bucks that the saving pocket is not included under Savings and Investment Accounts.

This clearly very misleading and deceptive - how can one trust an institution that changes the goal posts and hides behind so much ambiguity. Although the requirement is clear-cut and not ambiguous FNB and e-Bucks will surely make sure they get away on that basis.
