Misleading Preapproval Offer & Unjust Charges – FNB Credit Card

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with FNB’s preapproval credit card offer, which feels misleading and exploitative.

I received a preapproved offer from FNB, accepted it, and expected to receive the product and terms as outlined. I am now being charged additional monthly fees that were never disclosed upfront.

When I contacted FNB consultants for clarity, I was told I would need to re-apply — despite already accepting the original preapproved offer. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
