Misleading offers and advertising.

To all,

Please be advised and aware of any FNB Connect Sim cards.

You will apply for a specific package on the FNB online banking site, you will then receive your sim card and directions to activate the number.

Once the number is in use your entire 1st month will be out of bundle charges. I app**** for a 200 voice, 1GB Data and 50 SMS's flexi package @ R305.00 P/M and ended up having to pay R1500.00 as my package was not allocated.

Now i am being told that i should not have used the sim card until my allocation was in order. This is idiotic as you apply for a specific package and expect that package. If i was aware that i would only be able to use the sim card next month, i would have rather app**** for a sim card from Vodacom or MTN and have instant usage.

This is false advertising and misrepresentation.

I am happy to pay what i have app**** for but R1500.00 is insane for 5 days use of a sim card.

Legal proceedings will be in place to get a refund.
