Misleading of information
Good day my name is Zachary Molete. I took a temporary 1month loan on the 28 December 2015 which i was told will be deducted on my salary pay date the 27 Jan 2016 and which i agreed to. My company paid me transport allowance of R300 on the 16
Jan 2016. I then checked my account on Sunday and the money was out of my account. Today 18 Jan 2016 i went to the bank to enquire where the money went, the consultant at the FNB branch adderly street said it went to the Temporary short term loan. It was confirmed that i cannot reverse the money.
I am extremely dissapointed in this poor misleading service of FNB. I have been banking with them for 5years and this is the first time i experience such poor service. As mentioned above it is my travelling allowance for the rest of the month and i wanted to buy toiletries for my baby boy. I do not have any funds to go to work, and i need it to be reversed.
