The worst service ever

I was mislead promised that my funeral policy is covered for the first 3 months then I was debited twice in one month two different complaints has been made and still I don't have my money.

We were promised by an agent in zevenwacht mall that it was an error and it was given 24hrs for the reversal its been since the 19th debited amd now I still haven't gotten my payment

This service is pathetic 😒
