Misleading Marketing - FNB
My wife and I are both FNB private client. On the 4th of January at 12H45 my wife, two kids age 2& 8 and I went to the slow lounge. We were informed by the receptionist that we were not allowed to take in guess during the peak season but they would allow us to take the kids in if we willing to pay R250 each for the kids. We then asked the lady if my wife could check in with the little one 2yrs to just go in and change her nappy. We were again refused entry. We then had to change the babies nappy in the corridor. My wife then checked in by herself to refreshen up. She went in for a couple of minutes and was out. I then went in to refreshen up, as I walked in I over hear the receptionist telling the chef to watch me. This guy stood at the door and watched me all the time. I felt as if I treated as ********. I then took two apple juices and was on my way out when I was stopped by this chef ( a big colour guy) and stated that I was not allowed to take the drinks out yet other people of other race groups were allowed to take thing out. I did explain to him that I did not drink or eat anything while inside I just needed the drinks. TREATED LIKE A ******** I PAID FOR THE SERVICES FNB
