Misleading information regarding debit order reversals on a Sunday Pvt clients
FNB have been absolutely unhelpful and misleading regarding the services offered as a supposed private client. I experienced a medical emergency with my 11 month old daughter as she needed to be admitted to hospital urgently due to breathing difficulties. A immediate admission fee was required and I contacted my supposedly 24/7 Pvt client customer care line as I had no other option to reverse an unauthorized debit order. I was advised they could not assist on a Sunday, which I must reiterate was not at all advised to myself as the customer in my contract or anywhere else for that matter!!! This is completely misleading and an absolute flaw on FNBs part and I have no other option but to switch banks!
