Misleading information

I was with my husband the day he opened his premier fnb cheque account and I remember the agent at bank telling him that he has lounge access with his card nothihg about e bucks and levels. When my husband goes to check on app because we traveling monday there are none available. We have been trying for 2 days to get ahold of branch but that's been impossible. Useless service from fnb pls contact my husband on *** as its not my account
