Misleading eBucks promotion

First National Bank E-bucks is misleading and promises false rewards. Even as a private banking client, bankers are not able to assist with queries and these are referred to an ebucks call centre. E-Bucks promises rewards for filling fuel exclusively at Engen, which I have done. thereafter a transaction is selected and ebucks decides this is a fuel transaction. The call centre agents are not helpful and the only hope of having a query resolved is through this platform.
