Misleading, dishonest and False adverti*****ts

I fail to understand how such a huge cooperate can be so unrealistic and not honourable in keeping their promises....You have people from the bank complaints and Resolution dept confirming and and make promises that they do not honour.If they can lie about service delivery ,they can't be trusted with handling my funds with intergrity because they are misleading , dishonest and promote false adverti*****ts .I went to close my accounts today at the Pretoria North Branch and guess what..they said there is still a transaction that is still on Memo and should come back on Monday.I am extremely downhearted by this facility.
