MISLEADING DEBT RELIEF MARKETING

I cant get into my app for many hours now. When I sucsessfully log in I get a big old MISLEADING DEBT RELIEF MARKETING sign that does not go anywhere and just sit there. I did a few transactions early this morning without problem but now this. I have restarted my phone and the app is up to date. What now?
