Misleading customer

Very disappointed with the sales and marketing. They confirmed that properties owned by me are covered, however as soon as I asked for help with a new matter, I was told that my business plan does not cover me if the title deeds are not in the business name. They also promised to clarify this matter and did not bother to respond on 2 occasions so far.
