Misleading clients

I received an sms on the 17th of September 2020, that said that if you open a premier cheque account you will get free data, minutes and sms's + the R2000.00. I rep**** to the sms to get a call from the FNB consultant which they did on the same day. I asked for T's and C's to qualify for the R2000.00 incentive bonus. The consultant who goes by the name Chebedi Rody Gerald Chabeli said, Firstly you need to open a Premier Cheque Account with FNB, Secondly you need to have your salary paid in to your FNB, Thirdly you need to have a minimum of two (2) debit orders from your FNB account, Fourth you need to download the FNB app and activate it, and all this needed to be done within 60 days. My account was opened on the 17/09/2020 through the assistant of Mr. Chabeli, I went and moved my salary and did all the requirements within the time frame given. I made follow ups with Mr. Chabeli regarding the incentive and said that the bonus will be paid by the 16th of November 2020. Till today I am still waiting for the incentive. Is FNB frustrated to the point where they feel a need to mislead clients to get more clients?
