Misleading clients

Let me just make sure I understand you correctly. You guys sent me a promotional sms, with the foreknowledge that I don't qualify for the incentive????? Explained debit order and salary switching and minimum deposits. Explained that if I switch one debit order, the incentive is R500, if I switch 2 it's R1000. But conveniently forgot to tell me oops... You had an active account within the past 6 months? So you actually don't qualify for the incentive!!!

False advertising! Misleading and deceptive!!! How is this treating clients fairly?

I am reporting this, as it is utterly ridiculous.
