Misleading bank employee avoiding to assist me .

Got to the bank before it closed at 3:30 then when I got to door after standing in a que the person at the door said they closed now . I explained the lady that I have been in the que all along and she asked me what i need to do . I then told her i just need to change my number with them and she told me i can do it online , now to my knowledge I know that's not possible so she gave me false information just to get rid of me .I hate that I was mislead by someone I should trust as she is an employee of the bank i trust with my money . I am not impressed as this was the second time i am turned away . The first time was saturday and I got there exactly at 11 and was turned away aswell .
