Misleading and Unprofessional.

I last wrote a review about FNB for not honoring on their promises on the 17th of November. They rep**** to my review, sent me a mail and said they will look in to my query and revert back to me till today I never heard from FNB. It is almost a week now and nothing has happened. I am so disappointed that this issue has to drag for days without giving me anything to look forward to.
