Misleading advertising

I was browsing through the FNB website in the month of March 2017 when I checked out their personal loan section. There was a part indicating that if you switch your personal loan to FNB then you could potentially pay 30% less on your monthly instalment. When I tried applying online I had noticed a question asking if my salary had been paid in to my FNB account for three months; at the time I was not banking with FNB. I opened a cheque account with FNB in the month of April 2017 with the intention of switching my personal loan from my bank at the time to FNB. Three months later when I app**** I was declined and the part which read that one could "pay 30% less on monthly instalments when switching to FNB" was no longer on there. When I called them regarding this they could not give me an answer.I feel that this was totally misleading and so wrong. I am so disappointed.
