Mislead

<p>I was excited about an fnb product that i got to know through a friend, R399.00 unlimited calls, i went for the package, reason being i was spending more money purchasing airtime on a monthly, basis, i even started sharing with friends also and encouraging them to go for this deal, now i am not sure if i understood what fnb unlimited calls means, and also to all networks. to my suprise i am now receiving an sms saying that i have reached the fair usage limit on my unlimited voice package, without clearly indicating how much is the fair usage Vs what was sold to me, furthermore, it is stated on the sms that my service will be suspended, if found to be abusing this package, i would realy like to have clarity from FNB on the abusive part Vs what was sold to me, this is scary and unacceptable. </p>
