Misinformed and ******

App**** for a home loan last year, when it got granted I requested to negotiate my interest rate. I was informed by 1 of the consultants that I have to wait for bond to be registered to negotiate for a better interest rate, when I got a call in November/December to confrirm installments etc, I asked the lady to negotiate interest, she gave me a number to call, When I called I was sent a form which I filled and sent back and only then I am told that I should have negotiated at the beginning, and was informed that I now have to wait for 6 months. My question is why THE FAAAAk was I not told in the first place????<br> As if that's not enough, We paid R25 500 in our bond and we only have R19K available, when I ask I am told that it's because of the initiation Fee, yet I requested that my initiation Fee be added on our bond, I then was sent new documents with a slightly higher instalment than the one before...which indicated that the R5700 was added to my installment...Why The FAAAAk would I pay a higher instalment that includes my initiation Fee and still pay cash for my initiation fee??? I logged a query 4 weeks ago and nothing has changed.
