Misinformed!!
On Tuesday, 13th of October, I phoned FNB's card division to increase my credit card limit, as I urgently need money. The lady I spoke to did an application over the phone, said that it has been approved for R5000 increase. All I need to do is email a copy of my id and latest payslip, and then my limit will be increased within 48 hours. Upon following up (as I haven't heard anything yet), on the 15th of October, the lady I spoke to said that I was misinformed, and the application only takes 7 to 10 working days from date of receiving the application forms!! I seriously cannot believe it. The money I needed was for my daughter's birthday party, this coming weekend. What am I supposed to tell her now? Who's fault is it that I have been misinformed?? Surely not mine? I am really not a happy client at the moment. And I do not like the \I don't care attitude"I received from the consultants! """
