Misinformation on Covid relief. Its a ****.

I had taken up the covid 19 relief however the amounts on the quotation are inflated and I'm being charged interest on a balance I didn't even use. My credit report reflects a loan of much higher the amount I'm using. The staff are all confused. I spoke to a lady previously and she said at the end of the 3 months I will credited for amounts not used and the system will update to actual amounts paid but now when I speak to agents it another story. I regret ever taking out this option. Now I'm being charged interest on a higher balance that I have not even used. The loan amount is almost R9000 more. I did my own calculation to keep track. I got an interim statement for far less than the loan amount. Can someone who knows what they are doing please assist.
