Miserable staff at FNB Brackenfell

I am so fed up with the miserable attitude of the staff at the FNB branch in Brackenfell by the Hypermarket. From being received at the door right through to the consultant/teller. That Essie working there. I don't think she will smile even if you pay her R500 for a smile. When you walk into the door. They don't let you finish. They interrupt you and want to point you in a direction without listening to what you have to say. Not everybody has internet banking and not everybody is interested in internet banking and apps. Aspecialy when it comes to the much older people that does an eft maybe 2 or 3 times a year. You should seriously have a word with the staff working there. They not doing us any favours. They there to provide us with a service. The least they can do is put a smile on their misrerable faces.
