FNB has got Worse service ever, wouldn't recommend it to any1... Last year November I opened an estate account for my late mother they required LOA, deceased ID as well my ID than successfully I opened the account, somewhere they sent money on the 11th of December to the estate account now at FNB they saying LOA is written wrongly especially my ID no though it's the same LOA I used to open the account why didn't they see it wrong when opening the account?the administrator from Fiduciary Tandeka Hlatshwayo said they closing my complaint until I present the correct LOA. 1. I'm disabled, can't go by myself to the Magistrate offices 2. I stay in rural area, why can't they verify what they need at the magistrate as other banks did 3. It's worst service bank ever
