Mind boggling service

On Tuesday I went to FNB branch at Masingita Giyani Mall to open Stockvel account. I was blown away by the service we received from a lady named Tintswalo Mabunda.

She not only helped us to open an account but she went beyond her call of duty to explain in detail the benefits of managing our account properly and how we can take advantage of the many advantages that come with being a client of FNB.

She always had a smile on her face and the mind boggling part was when she explained step by step navigation of the account on our phones. That was very awesome.

Keep up the excellent service. You now have a client for life in me.
