Millicent Msiza, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE *****

Yesterday I visited FNB Gezina, upon my arrival a lady who I think is the branch manager or she was controlling congestion as it was full, asked what my query was and she promised that someone called Millicent Msiza will call, she indeed called and she was efficient, professional and very polite on the phone. In our discussion we realized that it would be best if I come to the branch (Gezina galleries) to have my query resolved. When I got here today I asked for her and after she assisted the customers that she was with, it was my turn. She explained the whole process of changing business accounts, what documents needed and any implications thereof. My query took long +- 3 hours, throughout this time Millicent maintained the same energy, she went over her call of duty as she made sure that she gets everything resolved. Keep it up Millicent, you are an asset to FNB and we as customers notice your energy and your willingness to go an extra mile.
