I HATE BANKS!!!

however, I had such a great experience at the FNB, Gezina branch about two weeks ago I feel the need to share.

Excellent customer service, The definition of putting the client and his/her needs first is what I experienced when being served by a lady named Millicent Msiza.

thanks for making me smile and treating me like Royalty! Generally, if you go somewhere dressed like the help you get treated as such but this lady treated me like I was one of the highest paying clients in that bank. I appreciate that and I hope FNB will be sure to see that.

This will be my new Go to branch!
