Might have even been funny had it not been true...

The situation is so ridiculous, it would fit well into a slapstick comedy movie and would have been really funny had it not unfortunately been true.

In essense: 1.) Receive an e-mail from FNB to re-KYC my account, with interactive PDF attached. 2.) Complete the document and return by e-mail as instructed. 3.) FNB E-Mail server bounces the e-mail, because they apparently do not accept those kinds of PDFs as attachments 4.) Take a screenshot of the ridiculousness of Nr.3, and send it together with PDF to my Private Wealth Banker. 5.) Wait a couple of weeks.. 6.) FNB proceeds to freeze my account... 7.) Proceed to raise the problem with my banker. 8.) FNB Re-sends me the e-mail and attachment of Step. 1
