Might as well close the account!!!

My account has been on hold for 2 months. I have sent all required information and was even called to say all is in order and I have to just correct one form which I have done. When I send the request for the hold to be removed... I am ignored. Even the lady that was assisting me is not even responding to my emails. I might as well just close the account and move it elsewhere.
