Middelburg branch and their investment department ''sucks''

I am highly disappointed in the way myself and my mom were treated by both Middelburg branch and the Investment department.

Today I visited the branch for the 3rd time without any assistance, pity I cannot change from being African to Asian, it would have been different.

We needed an immediate release of the funds, its over 7 days now , that has not been done, instead the only call I could get from Yvonne is apologise and should complain against the department instead o the branch. Both the branch and the department are pathetic, to say the least.

This is what its going to happen, the funds will be immediately released as requested, with no penalty otherwise tell me when to go to the branch and withdraw all funds for closure of all accounts. NO should be subjected to the kind of ill treatment and inconsideration that we have been through.
