I have just received an email regaridng my credit score www.mycreditcheck.co.za The following Credit Query has shown:

1 Sept 2021 FNB MBG Core Banking Solutions

I have not made any applications to FNB for credit or debit cards or loans, etc.

Why does this reflect on my Credit Report Summary?

FNB is running credit checks without the necessary consent. This is *******.

Also, I spent 45 minutes pressing numbers on my phone just to speak to 6 different people and on the 7th one they hung up on me.

This is utter *******. FED UP
