Messing around in my account without my permission

Good day, I have a cheque and credit card account with Fnb. Earlier this month , after I paid all my accounts ect. I received a sms from Fnb card stating that my credit card is over its limit with R482.39 ,so I checked and noticed that for some reason the fnb credit card instalment debit order did not run this month , so I thought ok ,it's probably my fault because I made a small payment into the account earlier the month and I will just correct the fault by paying the R482.39 once I get paid (before my nxt instalment is calculated) however I decided to take out a temp loan yesterday afternoon to basically just lay in my account just in case I want to use this account for whatever reason over the weekend ,however this morning two amounts of R483.39 (R966.78) was deducted from my cheque account without my permission or prior knowledge. I don't appreciate being treated this way because 1) this and all my accounts are paid on time every month without exception 2) this account is not even in arrears and I was planning on correcting the over the limit amount once my salary was paid into my account 3)Yes ,like many young professionals I am a bit reckless with money at times and tend to spend my entire salary before the end of the month, but my credit history /record proves that I am a excellent payer who pays my accounts on time every month and I don't appreciate being treated like a bad payer. I should have been afforded the opportunity to correct this on my own, please reimburse my account immediately and in future refrain from debiting my accounts without my permission or I will be forced to lay a complaint with the NCR and move account to another bank. 4)What is the second R483.39 for?

Thank you
