Messed up my eBucks

FNB, I will advise you to go and relook how you apply rules when calculating eBucs.

You've made changes and those changes broke some of the calculations. Do not call me to tell you how it is broken. I have gone through the calculator and picked up quite a few places you have not marked that area as a yes, you've cost me quite allot in ebucks.

I've already taken my home bond through a different bank because you could not do proper service delivery. Now don't let this be the reason to leave you overall.
