My account has been put on hold because I received money gram the lady who called me is Mertle Lobai she said she is ***** investigator I was told to submit the passport of the person who sent me the money but the person who sent me the money said he doesnt have passport he only have drivers licence . Now why my whole bank account is frozen just because of $50 now I can't access my bank account I'd like to move back to ABSA bank they've never subject me to so much trouble when I was using their western union . Another thing that Mertle Lobai was so abusive with me I didn't like her tone

15 Nov 2022, 09:59This Mertle Lobai doesnt even remember that she put hold on my account I can't pay my bills , buy airtime , send or receive money . I can't even use my card to make payments this is not fair . When reply to my email she says there's no hold on my account but she's the one who put that hold .
