****mers, *****ulent activity in accounts

So my daughter's been having unauthorized debit orders on her account for couple of months and every month she'll go to the Branch to report it with no help from the bank. They'll tell her they can't reverse the debit orders cause they're locked. Mind you she never approved those debit orders nor received notification to approve and when they debit no sms notification nothing

So she got paid last night and when she went for groceries shopping she transfer the funds from savings only for her card to decline, transfer again another amount money gone again Here's the worst part she went to the Branch they gave a phone to call whoever and was transferred to six different department only for them to tell her they can't help her with this *****ulent activity that's been happening in her account,I mean what nonsense is that? I think FNB is in cahoots with the ****mers who're ****ming their customers cz there's absolutely no way a bank cannot help a client in need of help while they've all the resources
