****mers terrorising fnb customers!

An ******* debit order was made on my account on the 30th of September for R95. I went to the Wonderpark Mall branch in Pretoria to reverse and block this. This was on the 12th of October. I was told that they can’t reverse it on their side and I need to do it using the app. I got home and tried to reverse it but the app only gave me the option of calling the fnb ***** line. What kind of branch isn’t able to help me in person? Right now, another debit of R95 has just left my account without my knowledge nor consent! Return my money back to my account and block these ****mers!
